A wednesday

Well it happened a day earlier, people may think i just copied the review, i dont give a damn.
i did not have internet service in my college for the past 2 days.... and the festival of diwali quite eclipsed it i guess. well the wednesday has made me so mad that i'm using offensive language.
The reds managed a 2-0 win over the Hammers , the Kops managed a 1-0 over Portsmouth0 to stay on top of the table , the blues managed a 3-0, but the Gunners who were to give the finger to Tottenham and get way ahead of Hull, who dunno how, have managed to stay in the top four for more than quarter of the season, failed to do so and ended up losing two points. With the match being the highest scoring match on the day, it was a treat for any non Arsenal - Tottenham fan. But to a Gunner it must have been hard to take. 4-2 till the 89th minute, who would have possibly thought they were going to give it away? Well that's what happened on that wednesday, Tottenham drew with Arsenal , even worse at the Emirates. Now we have Stoke to play for the weekend, but that is far below nothing compared to the red devil - gunners clash next weekend.

Table stats goes like this, Liverpool 26, Chelsea 23, Arsenal 20, Aston villa 20, for the top four. Arsenal with a healthy goal difference managed to stay ahead of Hull city. Well no one's going to get more information from this post than from a sports site but still i wanna blog :).

Well it started off pretty early, (actually we didn't sleep) lot of crackers and lot of fun, and by lot I mean loads n loads. Cracker war, well thats how I would name it, was a real treat. Throwing lit crackers at whoever met the eye, taking revenge on everyone who ever mocked at you, now that was fun. We threw those small paper wrapped low powdered ones which when burst produces nothing much but the sound. This may sound a little dangerous more than fun though. When they had their chance everyone was targetted.
To end with we had the beautiful night crackers which made people stare in awe.

Well who am i boring with all this crap. Diwali was fun, but its over now. Tomorrow we go back to the normal routine. Go to class and sleep to make up for the jobless time you spent in the night.
And tomorrow is going to be a sleepless night with a lot of important matches scheduled.

Huge weekend

Hmmm... which should i say is more appealing? The reds going level with Everton with one goal each? or the Kops nailing the blues with an early netting from Xabi Alonso? or even better news the gunners making their way up past the Hammers.

Well to start off with let's talk about the reds failing to move on in the table. ManU FC were all set for a win in the first match of this weekend but they failed to make the most of the match. The Fergusson and Moyes war was slowly fading off and Fergie had got himself a new enemy, Hackett the match refree who he blames for the draw along with his team's weak performance. We enjoyed watching it though.

Then of course there was a huge air of tension when the Chelsea - Liverpool match kicked off.The match which decided the topper of the table had one more reason to be the unmissable match. It was important for Chelsea to atleast level with their opponent in this game for the 86 match non loosing streak at Stamford Bridge to last. But they failed to do so in the blooming moments of the match by letting the Reds see the net in the tenth minute of the game.

Me being an Arsenal fan enjoyed watching the poor Hammers failing miserably to defend. There was a moment when a Hammer joined Arsenal's strikers to give a beautiful finish. Arsenal sealed off the match with a winner from Adebayor. Well I'm looking forward to the derby next week.

Anyone who watched the ManC - Stoke match would have a had a goal fest from Robinho. Striking the 1st goal in the 13th minute itself ManC got off to a smooth start drive towards victory and they had it the way they wanted it.

First day of my blog

seriously is it really that hard to maintain a blog?
people are asking if i know stuff...
well now that i've started it there's no looking back i guess :)
and with the amount of information in the net i think i can get the hang of it really soon.
listening to songs, looking at EPL scores (i'm an Arsenal fan btw), replying to scraps, along with all of this i dont mind doing one more 'useless work' online :)
